Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of InfinitumJobs, the professional platform for job search and posting. By registering, you accept these terms.
1. Identification of the Provider

2. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the Platform, which enables professionals to publish their professional profile, and companies to search for and contact candidates. The service is provided entirely online through the website.
3. Acceptance
Registration on the Platform implies express and full acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy in force at the time of registration. If you do not agree with any of its clauses, you must not register or use the service. The version of the text accepted is recorded in our systems to ensure traceability.
4. Registration and user account
To access full functionality you must create an account by providing a valid email address and, where applicable, a password. Alternatively, you may sign in through external identity providers (Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. User obligations
You undertake to: (a) provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date data; (b) not impersonate third parties or falsify documents; (c) not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory purposes or in a way that infringes third-party rights; (d) not attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas, other users' data or internal systems; (e) not introduce malicious code or viruses, nor reverse-engineer the service; (f) respect intellectual property and applicable data-protection laws.
6. User content and AI processing
By uploading your CV, professional information, photo or other content, you retain all rights over it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process and display it within the scope of the service. If you choose to have your CV processed by artificial intelligence, the extracted data will be shown for your review before being saved, and you specifically authorise such processing through a separate consent.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, interface, code, logos, texts and other elements, is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights belonging to InfinitumJobs or its licensors. Their reproduction, distribution, modification or public communication without express authorisation is prohibited.
8. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the Platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or scheduled maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue functionalities, with reasonable prior notice when the change substantially affects the service provided.
9. Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by applicable law, InfinitumJobs shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of employment opportunities, or for content published by other users. The Platform acts as a technological intermediary; the final selection and hiring is the sole responsibility of the parties.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or cancel your account, with reasonable prior notice where feasible, if you breach these Terms, if there are well-founded indications of fraud or if legislation requires it. You may cancel your account at any time from the profile options; data will be retained according to the timelines indicated in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to adapt to legal, technical or business changes. Substantial changes will be communicated by email and by prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days in advance. If you continue to use the service after the new version takes effect, you will be deemed to accept it.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or fulfilment, the parties submit to the Courts of the user's domicile when the user is a consumer, or to those of [CITY TBD] in other cases, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
